    Overview

    Randolph Air Force Base (IATA: RND, ICAO: KRND, FAA LID: RND) is a United States Air Force base located at Universal City, Texas (14.8 miles (23.8 km) east-northeast of Downtown San Antonio).

    Opened in 1931, Randolph has been a flying training facility for the United States Army Air Corps, the United States Army Air Forces, and the Air Force during its entire existence.

    Mod

    This mod removes the hangars which blocked the aprons (they are sunshades in real life not buildings). It repaints all the lines, repaves taxiays and generally improves KRND to an acceptable level.

    Install: Ensure dependancies are installed, extract ZIP and copy folder within to your Community Folder

    Thanks for taking the time to do this. My late father-in-law was stationed there, and ironically his last name was Randolph.

    thank you for this. I grew up on RAFB watching the T-37s and T-38s do touch and go's .
