    Whiteman Air Force Base is a United States Air Force base located just south of Knob Noster, Missouri, United States. The base is the current home of the B-2 Spirit bomber. It is named for 2nd Lt George Whiteman, who was killed during the attack on Pearl Harbor.

    Another scenery made for the vTAC AMC, the base only had the ATC tower as default so all the hangars and everything you see has been added by me, also includes all new parking and taxiway lines

    I will add more to the base as time allows

    New open hangar added with thanks to the excellent Projectzero, click his name to check out his excellent work.

    Parking spaces moved inside the hangars and clutter added

    I haver used assets from -

    Animated Humans

    and UK2000 Common Library free from the in game marketplace.

    Shame there isn't any AI Military Aircraft released for this sim!. MAIW were working on a Lakenheath Project, but seemed to be halted. Gutted!!!!.

    We have commercial airliners but the lack of Military traffic quite literally sucks. I hope MAIW do something soon. Unless they are waiting for MSFS2024?

    Great upgrade. If you will might be looking at future mods, would it be possible to have few hangars open if it is doable or this is vary difficult. I think this adds a lot to realism on bases with hangars where you can taxi in/ out.

    Very nice. This is now a very useful base for us milheads. Two things if you fiddle with this more down the road.

    - the b2 hangars could use a stretch depth wise by 20% or so. not sure if that is something that can be done or if they are fixed size as per the model itself.
    - can we do something about the trees in front of runway 01? its the main runway due to wind and there's trees right to the runway edge of the approach lights.

    I've removed the trees round the approach lights, i have looked at the buildings and when i turn off the apron texture to show the sat image below they are actually slightly bigger that the ones on the satellite image

    Thanks again. Trees be gone :) If hangars match how they should be then they match. looking at the sat myself its the rear extension that is creating the impression they are too short in game i think. I slewed a b2 on top and it fits, barely. All good
