    Description

    This addon provides scripts to control the PA-24 Comanche provided by A2A Simulations (payware). You need the Software Axis And Ohs (payware) to execute them.

    This is no typical Addon to be installed into the Community folder. You need the software Axis And Ohs to import theses scripts and to map them to whatever hardware you are using. Unpack the archive file and use Axis And Ohs "Scripting | Import Scripts" to import these files. Your scripts will have a new group PA24 containing all scripts.

    If some levers or buttons are missing, just leave a comment. The screenshots will give hints on which element is controlled using which scripts.

    Walkaround assistence

    I added some scripts to assist the walkaround. Four scripts are used to change the walkaround stations. The other scripts are having the station number contained in their name. The gaps in the numbering are taken from the PA-24 itself. For each station there is at least one script to perform the necessary steps.

    With these scripts you can use a MIDI device with many buttons (like the Behringer Xtouch, Korg nanoKontrol2, and so on) to do a complete walkaround without using the mouse. Well ... except of the luggage, this has to be packed into the plane using the mouse.

    How do I use it in Lorby? Im new to this Lorby thing :). So I put this script into the script folder in the document.

    You have to unpack the file and import this into Axis And Ohs using "Scripting|Import Scripts...". To have this active, the SimConnect connection of AAO has to be cut using the small LED in the menu bar.

    I don't own a StreamDeck. But when you install the appropriate addon, you can call scripts by using K: and "ScriptGroup-ScriptName" as the event (as far as I know).

    I have problems to setup the Flaps with the Honeycomb Throttle Axis Flaps. Sometime it dosen't go full back. Was hopping I could use a script to do it. But when I use the faps_axis script ... it just go down complete or go up complete.... no idea what I have to setup to make it work... some idea?

    I'm using the script PA24-flaps_axis as well and it's working.
    These are my settings for AAO in the Change Axis Assignment dialog:
    - Selected Event: script:PA24-flaps_axis
    - Axis reversed checkt (might not be necessary)
    - Axis min: 0
    - Axis max: 3 (These are very important)
    - On Change
    - Rounding: int
    All other values kept as default when adding a new axis. Have an eye on min and max. Otherwise AAO will send values 0 and 16384 which will result in flaps changing between 0 and full.

    Scripts for the "dme_function_" knob on the Narco NCS812 are not working for me, is it just me or are they broken?

    Everything else is working great and has made the Comanche my favorite plane!

    Its working for me. But this is one of the controls which is in need of B-variables. For these to work AAO has to be started with admin rights and the in-game FIP Panel has to be active. Try out this and tell me if the button is working this way.
    I'll have a look if I find another way to control this button.

    Try version 1.12 of the scripts. They contain the DME scripts with '_ie' suffix. These will use the new Input Events. Be sure to have at least version 4.0 of AAO running.

    How should i map VOR OBS 2 to a button on Honeycomb Bravo and then dial with the +/- knob. Seems impossible.

    I don't have a Honeycomb. But in any way you should map the execution of the script vor2_course_inc and vor2_course_dec to the +/- buttons.
