Hi, yes you have right, but this text is not possible make non mirrored. This and other my livery was designed to suppress as much as possible mirroring effect. It will never be 100% until Asobo repair texture mapping.

Thank you. Solving problem with mirroring with "little" trick and it is not suitable for all liveries. Liveries will be allways different as a real planes. I try Cargolux, give me couple of days. But I dont want to make too much B747 liveries, because when Asobo changed mapping, all liveries I will have to remaked....

So, I have a pretty good idea of your "little trick", i've seen it used by only one other creator. All of the text in the "not mirrored" liveries is in the exact same spot as the "boeing" word on the default livery. I suspect that you use the default livery as a template, replacing the boeing text with the name of the airline. I think that you can use the aviators club livery as a template to create some more realistic airlines, as the text in that livery is right between the windows! And for being worried for asobo fixing the mapping, ive read in multiple places that asobo is definetly not considering fixing the 747 any time soon, and I think that users will appreciate more liveries. You never dissapoint with these liveries, thank you so much for your hard work.

You have right, i use places used on default livery. All textures i map in Blender , graphical editor i use only for correction and repair :). This liveries are not my secret, if everyone ask me - i say how i make it. (for example in post bellow). Text places are in file 747_8I_Airframe_Livery_ALBD.PNG.DDS. Problem is their location, because it is strictly given and have limitations in usable shape (for example you have to respect shapes given by text 747 or logo Boeing and text on fuselage etc...). Second problem is - how adapt livery - which texture use, which not, where move it, how fill empty place instead of main text etc..... :)

For non mirror i use texture file 747_8I_AIRFRAME_LIVERY_ALBD.PNG.DDS, but limitation is place of text. Look od default livery of B747, i use the same places fot text. Second little trick - on landing gear door numbers, where i use only combination which looks the same mirrored (080, 888, AA... AIA etc....) and non mirrored text you may to use on belly 747 (on main fuselage texture is top right square).

Thanks, I know about problem when you zooming out, but for now i donť have resolution, it looks that Asobo have to fix it, because it depends on LOD mapping on model.
