    Better Cameras for OzWookiee's Grumman G21A Goose Redux II - 2.0  

    The cockpit and other camera views of the great Grumman Goose are not really to my liking because sometimes the instruments are not visible or cut off. Therefore I have changed the standard views to my personal liking. With the starbord-aft view I tool a little license: it is now the view the copilot would have turning around in his/her seat.


    Installation:
    just drop into your Community folder.

    FYI, I had to manually replace (backup first!) the cameras.cfg file as the mod didn't seem to properly overwrite it, I checked this by installing the mod as intended and then while in game additionally replacing the original cameras.cfg file and reloading the aircraft using dev tools which only then actually changed the camera view.

    Besides that, I like your changes to the camera views.

    Edit: There is actually another camera mod (for the MB339) that didn't work for me unless I replaced the cameras.cfg manually, I wonder if something about the mod loading order/priorities was changed in an update recently.

    Works great with the current alpha version of the Goose (Jan 3, 2021). The default views hadn't been polished yet, so this is a HUGE improvement. Really looking forward to the finished version of the Goose, but until then mods like this make the alpha version fun to fly.

    Glad you like it. Looking forward to a new version too. Although for a ported FSX plane it's brilliant. :-)
