Better Cologne
The City of Cologne is beautiful, but not perfect. Some Bridges are Underwater, Buildings have a lot of Trees inside and they have this abandoned Look. The Cologne Cathedral is not iluminated at Night. This Fix will correct some of those problems and will add some Lights.
