1 star as no usage instructions. Do I overwite the base install of the scenery or not?

The install is the same as every other scenery for MSFS 2020. Unzip into your Community folder

I have installed the other "for best experience..." Kosrae + your file into the Community folder. Do I have to change the "order" OR priority of the files in order for the 2 sceneries to work properly together? I think that might be what GodAtum was asking about...

No need to change anything. The loading is by name, so mine will load after the other one.
