    Description

    Zagorje ob Savi is a town 40 km east of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The Zagorje Aeroklub has a sloped grass runway over 400 meters long. The approach is a lot of fun due to the surrounding hills!

    Currently there are only default FS buildings in the scenery. Maybe in a future version I could add self-built hangars... I have to study Blender first! Any help is welcome! ;-)


    Installation: 
    - unzip the "gio-airport-zagorje" folder into your "Community" folder.

    I love this little airfield, great area for scenery and a challenging approach, but how do I stop the 3 light aircraft parking on the roof of the hangers?

    Certainly a very challenging airport and thanks for making it. Unfortunately on of the last sim updates introduced terrain elevations that are no longer compatible with the airport. For instance, there now is a big sinkhole in the runway, while the apron lies at an elevated level.
    It turns out microsoft now has its own detailed airport LJZA:
    microsoft-airport-ljza-zletiscezagorjeobsavi, which causes the problem I mention.

    Hi. I'm very thankful for my local airport. I would however kindly ask if it's possible to remove the trees on the eastern part of the airport as they are heavily interfering with proper landing and in real life there's no trees there. Best regards, M

    Great, thx for my local airfield. I the main square hangar would be blue, with that small tower next to it, it would be perfect!

    The parked plane is jumping/bouncing when I fly-by, there is a cure for that because others have had similar problems and solved it already.
