Boeing 747-8F N747EX
This is a default 747 with a modifed fuselage to match the freighter variant. The nose door and aft cargo door are just decals and do not function.
Known issues.
-Rivets/panels do not match default model appearance, I had to modify them to fit the new fuselage and am unable to export them in a way that makes them behave the same as the default.
- "JW" on nose gear doors does not match original aircaft. I used the closest font I could find.
-Tail number color is incorrect. The game renders the hex color for tail numbers lighter than it should be. GG asobo.
- some users may experience large FPS drops. Unsure whats causing it but it's not LOD related.
If you notice any bugs please bring them to my attention.

-New cargo door decals. -Cargo door placards -added static port decals. -added small main deck windows along fuselage. -Removed several antennas that are not present on the 8F -Moved radio altimeter antennas to correct position for 8F -added access panels to underside of aircraft. -added red coloring to beacon lights. -Spoilers now deploy correctly -Resolved engines 2-3 shutting down when main tanks 2 and 3 run dry. (Salty version only) -added extra pitot tubes and static ports present during flight testing of aircraft. -removed grey outline of main entry door to match real aircraft

This livery looks beautiful! I just have one problem…What plane is this for? I know it’s under the 747 8 category but it’s not for the 747 8i. How can I get the plane that this is for (747-8F)?

It is for the 747-8i. Just using a trick to hide the original fuselage and added a new one.

Really was about time :) I hope that there will be some improvements on the model side like getting the doors working and (maybe) also get the large cargo doors into the sim somehow - maybe it would be a great idea to collab with the Salty team on that?

Fantastic mod! You should make it it’s own plane instead of just a livery of the default 747 so that you can make it have the correct range and such of the irl 747-8f instead of the passenger one. Would also make making liveries slightly easier. Keep up the great work. UPS and Cathay pacific liveries would also be cool.
