Kia Ora and welcome to Tauranga Airport, located in Tauranga in the North Eastern Bay of Plenty on New Zealand's North Island. Tauranga Airport (NZTG, TRG) was developed in 1935 and now currently serves three Airports across NZ or regional flights. Air New Zealand flies their Q300s and ATR72-600s to NZTG from Auckland (NZAA), Wellington (NZWN) and Christchurch (NZCH). Tauranga Airport has four runways, 07-25 (asphalt), 07-25G (grass), 16-34 (grass) and 04-22 (grass).
IN V1:
- Complete apron texture overhaul including custom textures, accurate markings and gate numbers
- Asphalt runway 07-25 and grass runway 16-34 texture overhaul with accurate markings
- Port of Tauranga added with shipping containers, cranes and ships
- Bay Oval (cricket ground) enhanced
- Marina partially added
- Surrounding area including carparks and roads accurately represented
- Enhanced grass areas around airfield for more realistic appearance
- Golf course high tress removed and replaced with accurate tree height
- More aircraft parking added
- Apron, runway and carpark lighting added
- Entire airport area fenced off

Great little airport, lots of great detail, but it has issues with World Update 12 New Zealand. It flattens the 3D scenery to the east of it. Thanks!

Great update to build-in airport but you have left parking spots unconnected to taxiways. Because of those unconnected parking spots AI cant operate, also GSX isn't working properly. Hopefully you will find 5 min to fix it.

Really appreciate your efforts here but I can confirm rizzeld's comments about Orbx NZ Mesh. I think a lot of people are using it so without compatibility here it may have limited use, which seems a shame. I can highly recommend the Mesh and it's only 15 Aussie bucks. They are talking about updating it to 1M DEM this year so that will be wonderful to fly araound.
