KCHA_Lovell_Chattanooga_v1.0.0
Every building on the airport are handcrafted 3D models, with the exception of the ILS, Glidesloe antennas, red and white sheds and light poles. I'm still using sketchup because haven't taken the time to learn blender yet. I give credit to Texture dot com for all the textures used in this scenery. This airport was started with the release of p3dv5 but never finished. The copper dome on the terminal building is my first attempt at PBR, I think it turned out ok. I searched for a way to turn of the floating light orbs, but no luck, from other comments on the net, I think they are part of OSM, like the roads, can't be excluded. If someone know how to turn them off, please leave a hint.

This is what I've been waiting for, for so long. The only thing I'm seeing that is missing is the Parking Garage and the ramps that go to Hwy 153 access. I also didn't have the FedEx plane parked when I loaded up didn't know if that was included in the scenery.

I'm using Google Earth to build the footprint and estimate the height for buildings. I don't see a parking garage on the satellite imagery that is available. I don't see it on the Bing imagery either. Satellite data used in Google Earth and Bing are old and outdated. This data will not be updated anytime soon unless something major happens that requires an update. The FedEx 757 is from offline AI traffic using AIG-AIM and AIGTech Traffic Controller and I have not seen it or any other FedEx aircraft using online AI.

Thanks for this excellent mod to KCHA airport... Great work! The whole airport is now so much better and more realistic. It's a real pleasure to no longer dodge taxi lights blocking the taxiways. The buildings and roadways all look great now as well... and even the solar panels at the south end are now present and look great!

I'm doing updates as needed. Things will cool down soon. As I use the scenery I find things that need to be fixed that others may not see. I spent most of today using the scenery and think I found the things I missed or just want to improve. Here is another update for you v1.0.7. This should be it for a while unless I or someone else find a problem.
