EKOF - Ultralight airfield close to Kerteminde, on Funen in Denmark, where Funen's UL Flying Club is located.
Despite its small size, the airfield is very popular for recreational pilots. Not least the last Sunday of every month, when the club holds its traditional "Fly in" event, where the profits go to help children. Hot freshly made and tasty "pancakes" are the great allure. Photos show the approach to EKØF (which I have called EKOF so everyone can write and read the letters), the arrival and then later the departure shortly before sunset. The place can obviously not be flown at night. The last aerial photo is from the real world. Get out of your plane and go for a round (with the drone) on a typical Danish farm built around 1881, which forms the framework of the private airfield. It looks good, im a local and have been here.
But some of the groundcrew spawns on the strip every time i land, thats annoying.
