Description
Aachen Merzbrück is an airfield located near Aachen, Germany.There is no scheduled traffic at the airfield. It primarily features general aviation, and also has a large sailplane facility. The ADAC air rescue service provides the air rescue helicopter Christoph Europa 1 for urgent medical rescues and air ambulance duties here. A flight school and maintenance facility (Westflug Aachen) is located here since 1967

Ich hatte aber schon alle o.g. dependencies installiert, natürlich auch die des ADAC-Mods. Bei diesem habe ich ja auch das mit dem zzz versucht, so wie es weiter unten beschrieben ist.

Danke für diesen Flughafen! Bin FS-Neuling und habe als Öcher hiermit meinen ersten Mod eingefügt. Nur leider habe ich auch das Problem, dass der Tower bei mir nicht sichtbar ist. Habe den MSFS 2024. Das mit dem zzz vor dem Ordnernamen des anderen Mods habe ich auch gemacht, es ändert leider nichts.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Du noch aktiv bist und Lust hast, mal danach zu schauen.

Achja, da, wo eigentlich der Tower sein müsste, schwebt ein Männeken und eine Antenne(?) in der Luft. Ich schätze, das ist der Towerlotse ;)

Hey, as a regions native I love this scenery but I think it could be a bit better by now :)
I just checked on gmaps: there is now a fresh aerial photo of the airport available (50.82173190390372, 6.184869839911107) which shows the three (!) runways - the outermost is a grass runway, the middle one seems to be gravel.
However these runways are not closed - if I recall correctly they are used for glider and experimental aircraft operations (like eVTOL).
Maybe you can use the gmaps image as a base texture and rework the airport from there? Also it would be nice to have the helipad in middle of runway 07/25 as a "real" SU11 helipad :)
