    Description

    Just a quickie here. This is the closest airfield to the Eden Project in Cornwall. 

    This airfield is in totally the wrong place in sim. You land on an empty field with some wind turbines right in your face while the real one is visible and pining for you half a mile away. 

    What I couldn't do is move the airport marker, that remains in the original spot, so you may need to look around to find the right joint. It's about half a mile South. 

    Not a great deal done to this. What I think are correct runway numbers, done some sort of slope to match what I guess is reality. The solar farm is filled out, hedges added, T hangars as well. 

    I've left the grass on the runways shaggy. The only alternative is streaky green concrete. 

    Now your life is complete.

    Great little airfield, looks really great.

    Works perfectly, looks great

    and is a great upgrade for the MSFS.


    I especially like the many small details.


    It is compatible with SU11,

    There seem to be a lot more scarey trees at the northern ends of both runways than Google Maps satellite view would suggest there should be. The satellite view shows some nicely trimmed hedging, but in game I'm seeing full grown oak trees at the end of the runway.


    Would it be possible to send the gardener out there to take care of them please? Getting my Bonanza out is quite the experience!

    Another great addition to your Cornwall scenery, thank you. You should let us buy you a coffee or two. I put a request in for the Daymark on Gribbin head near St Austell if you could consider it.

    I have no need of money. I would have difficulty 3d modelling a straight line, almost all of it is done by someone else, but if I have the time I'll have a go at the daymark. And then I'll probably delete it in disgust.

    Nope, nothing special at all. EGHH could be your new Exeter. I moved from Devon to live in Dorset some time ago,, so I guess its now in the boundaries😉😅.

    It certainly looks good, if a little unfinished. I'm amenable to Dorset. I do draw the line at Somerset. That is a largely unacceptable county.

    I was going to mention Bodmin :) and Truro... kept an aircraft on both airfields.
