    Description

    A gsx airplane profile for the Synaptic A220

    Features:

    • Correct door automation so GSX will open the right doors
    • Adjusted door heights, fuel point, gpu point, water services points etc
    • Fine tuned the door positions to prevent gaps between the aircraft and stairs
    • Corrected the cargo doors so the main loader isn't used anymore and the front and rear go to the correct spots
    • Corrected the doors so that the rear door is actually a rear door and not the middle door so features like jetway+rear stair boarding can work correctly
    • Chocks and parking brakes are correctly detected

    Installation: drop the "synaptic_a220" folder into "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\Airplanes"

    It's an issue with those particular stair models in GSX, update to the latest version and if you have it already click the "check" button in the fsdt installer

    Indeed after I used the "check" button in the fsdt manager, the stairs connect properly. Thanks a lot!

    Hello, I'm facing a little issue with the profile installed when parked at LFPG (FS2024 scenery from Xavos) with the A220 1.0.8. Any clue?

    That's not the profile or even GSX, the jetway at the scenery is too short to reach the plane/you're parked too far away from it

    Somehow if I use this, the front door is way to much into the fuselage resulting in the stairs driving into the plane. Easy adjustment. But then I realized that also the aft door is not configured at all. Am I doing something wrong?

    Something may have changed with the recent iniManager release, I'm not home so can't check right now but it shouldn't be happening, is GSX using the correct profile? You can check this by going into the airplane editor from the GSX menu in the sim and it'll show you the exact location of the profile used

    Yes, the correct profile is used according to GSX edit profile. Could be, I use the 1.07 version from the iniManager, yes.

    I’m seeing some occasional issues with the detection of parking brake and chocks, sometimes they seem to interfere. Also, it is unable to close the aft left door…

    Interfere how? And as for the doors I haven't noticed that on my end, I can't do much more except for setting the correct command for GSX to call to close the door which is done since it works correctly for me and a bunch of people, have you ever tweaked anything with gsx settings relating to automation perhaps?

    I have noticed that it is unable to close the aft door when positioned on a ramp stand and when boarding via stairs.

    @Dustoff Same question as above regarding multiple profiles, on my end the automation works as expected so it's a little difficult for me to debug this. Feel free to send me a GSX log in dm but this sort of automation is managed by GSX itself and can also be affected by its settings so short of setting the command to open a specific door in the profile there's not much else I can do on my end to fix it
