    Description

    Succeeding the MD-11 sound enhancement I present the A330 sound enhancement.

    As with MD11 soundpack, this mod enhances the interior soundscape of the default a333 and 332.

    • GE and RR interior engine soundset.
    • Custom interior airframe wind
    • Custom ground roll sounds
    • Custom interior ac packs sounds.
    • Custom avionics sounds

    Installation: drag and drop into community folder

    Any unauthorized reverse-engineering, re-distribution or modification of pc.pck files and its contents is not allowed

    Most of the new RA callouts are either inconsistent volume/ voice, tonality seems a bit off to. For reference it should be similar to the ini a340. Or the Aeroliss a340
    I do second an ini a340 soundpack though, echo 19 did a poor job.

    Hello. The pack sounds amazing! Just a question. Is it possible to add brake fan sounds? And is it also possible to add that distinct braking sound effect when sitting on the overwing cabin view?

    can you do an inibuilds a340-300 sound enhancement? if so that would be awesome. Their CFM engines don't sound to good but the plane overall is good.

    I love the soundpack. Really authentic. Can you please make the gear extension sound louder in the cabin? I have been on the a330 many times, seated in the wing area. The gear down sound in the cockpit is pretty much correct. but in the cabin you hear a loud "thump" (gear door) then followed by an even louder noise of the main gear falling down. Its Loud as F. Please crank it up :)

    THANK YOU for this epic contribution to this very enjoyable aircraft. You now made the RR-Variant a real pleasure to fly, and finally made the GE variant playble, without actively trying to ignore the horrible original sound.
    Now I only hope, that Ini-Builds shows some love to this airplane and elevates it to a "semi-study-level" plane

    A330 Sound Enhancement

    This add-on enhances the interior sound environment for the default Airbus A330-300 and A330-200 in Microsoft Flight Simulator. It includes distinct GE and Rolls-Royce engine soundsets, along with custom interior airframe wind audio. The mod is designed for easy installation by dragging and dropping into the community folder. Future updates are planned for avionics, packs sounds, and possible external sound enhancements.

    Version History

    The changelog is not huge, but the difference in how the aircraft sounds is. - Ground roll tweaked, new audio samples, centerline bumps. - A330 Specific altitude callouts (thanks to a community member) - Custom touchdown sounds on all wheels. - Airframe wind/drag sounds improved with new audio samples. - Reverser sounds tweaked for both engines - Custom gear drag, retraction and extension sounds. - Both engine types rear pax perspective tuned. - Soundscape tuned for app phase, cruise phase, descent and climbout. - Improved GE interior soundset (Redone most of the whines, spools, etc) to be a more balanced and in line with RR - Improved RR interior soundset (Redone most of the whines, spools, etc..MANY THANKS TO BETA TESTERS!) I have an experimental build on early testing with the intention in replacing the exterior soundset also. As of now GE soundset is about 70-80% complete with custom packs, apu, and more sounds to follow! !! Some people have reported issues with default sounds not working or no sound at all, if this happens, navigate to package and drop the layout.json into the layoutgenerator!!
