Ramstein Air Base (IATA: RMS, ICAO: ETAR) is a United States Air Force installation located in Rhineland-Palatinate, southwestern Germany. It serves as the headquarters for the United States Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) and NATO Allied Air Command (AIRCOM). The base plays a key role in supporting forward military operations, particularly those deploying to Eastern Europe and Africa.

This add-on features a custom recreation of ETAR Ramstein Air Base, a major United States Air Force installation in southwestern Germany, serving as headquarters for USAFE-AFAFRICA and NATO AIRCOM. The scenery includes detailed runways, taxiways, and several iconic structures modeled for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Navigation aids such as ILS and TACAN are implemented for realistic operation. The project is a work in progress, with plans to enhance airport signage, parking, and additional structures in future updates.

Perhaps you could check all your other airports, too. They all seem to have that problem sadly.
I really like flying IFR with the A400M in germany to all the air bases of the Luftwaffe. But without procedures this is quite impossible.

I keep my downloaded airfields in Addons Linker, and only load in those in the country I'm currently flying in.
Creating dependencies to airfields in different countries, never mind different continents, isn't going to work for me - or, I suspect, anyone who has enough airfields to force them to Addons Linker.
