Installation:
place the folder you want in your community folder. Do not put the two together
I made another mod to have the option of not having an avatar either in pilot or in copilot ici

edit: Ah, I've got it, all I have to do is go to the aircraft's weights in MSFS main menu and select "0 Kg" for pilot. PMDG doesn't care because it won't take these weights into account, but MSFS will not show the pilot avatar and we're all happy simmers.
