This is a single leg bush trip with detailed instructions and visual references in the Navlog. It is flown in the TBM 930, and thus waypoint directions are shown in the navigation display if you get lost. Nonetheless flying the Mach Loop is a challenge due to the low levels and quick direction changes involved. Typically you'll be at 250ft AGL like the military, but you could opt for 500ft AGL as a civiilian aircraft.
The TBM's maximum manouvering speed is 158 knots, and whilst it is possible (if not advisable) to exceed this for short periods, careful use of the throttle well ahead of upcoming sharp turns is required. The turbine will take a few seconds to spool up and down, thus making airspeed management part of the challenge. Bear in mind that millitary aircraft reach up to 500 knots in the loop, so this is very much a beginner's exercise by comparison.
Installation
To install copy the entire blackwaterskies-bush-machloop folder from the ZIP file to your MSFS 2020 community folder. The bush trip should then appear under the activities/bush trips menu in MSFS.
You can of course load the flight plan in the World Map if you fancy trying your hand in different conditions or with other aircraft from:
\blackwaterskies-bush-machloop\Missions\blackwaterskies-bush-machloopDir\blackwaterskies-bush-machloop.PLN
