V2 enhances some of the rocky coastline, custom dock hut, adds a  runway and shore lights, as well as adjusts the dock so that it isn't touching the terraformed shore. 
Flyng into Tofino offers some of the most spectacular vistas on the West Coast. Its' rugged shores and giant fir trees are something to behold. Some adverturous hikers do the "West Coast Trail" others take to the sky in a seaplane right out of this base.  Tofino Seaplane Base has a quaint office at the end of the pier where you can buy tickets for a half hour or hour tour.  Some tourist come in December to watch the storms and the huge waves that pound the shores.  

So this model is a bit different because it has launching parking spots next to the docks.  And as an added bonus I created a subsurface collision obstacle below the docks to that your seaplane can bump into the dock without going through it.  (So frustrating why Asobo or MS don't create a tie-down and release for seaplanes)  So you can play around with that.  If you get stuck you can try and throttle off if it.. Good luck.
I love having "Mamudesign" dock and boat app and so if you want the best results it is available from this site.  Also I used Human Library Animated and Daves 3d People. 
I have included Mazermodel for those who may not have it already. It goes into your Community Folder. Developers are free to use anything from it that they like.  

Tip for docking after landing.  The docks will  bump your plane away if you approach slowly.  I hit the "Pause" button so that my plane remains next to the  dock when I shut down.  When starting up from the dock, I like to have my rudders down  so  that I can steer away as soon as the engine starts.
