This is the standard Shanghai Airlines B-1151 livery for PMDG 737-800. 

Shanghai Airlines (Chinese: 上海航空公司) founded in 1985. It is one of the first airlines founded with the support of local government funds after the reform and opening up of mainland China, and also one of the first air transport service operators completely independent of the then state-owned civil aviation system. Its base is located in ZSSS.

* It is the newer type of Shanghai Airlines livery. Mostly used in b787, a333, 737max and some late 737-800. You may find the old type livery here:

Installation 

- Extract the ptp file inside the zip.

- Place the ptp file anywhere in your computer

- Open the PMDG Operations Center

- In the Menubar, choose "Aircraft and Liveries"  -> " Livery utilities"

- Select Simulator, Installed products, Variants/models

- Click the button "Install from PTP file" 

- Navigate the ptp file and choose to import
