With RandFailuresFS2020 you can randomize in-flight failures and check if you can detect them, handle them and survive. From minor panel or turbocharger failure to complete brakes or engine failures. You can try what would you do in case of
- Asymmetric flaps
- Trims failure
- Primary flight controls failure
- Gear failure
- Coolant leaks
- and more
Failure can occur in one of four moments (which you can turn on or off) :
- Instantly
- On takeoff
- After random set of secconds
- At random altitide
- At random speed

It would be good if it can simulate wear and tear. So, have a global timer per plane and when you have a probable failure lets say between 0 mins and 5000 mins it can count all plane hours. Otherwise you always have failures and is not realistic. I want an option something that fails like in real life, not everytime that I turn on the app.
Finally, have the option to fail within a time lapse in minutes, not seconds, so the probabilities are lower.

And about minutes just multiply by 60. It wont lower probabilities. If you want failure between 0-10 minutes then you have 1/10 so 10% chance that it will happen after exact 1 minute. In seconds you have 0-600 so probability that it will happen after exact 1 minute is 1/601 so much lower. But if you want failure to happen after 1 minute but before 2 minute then you have 60/601 so also about 10%. Just that it would happen at any point between two minutes and not exact at that minute
Lowering time from seconds to minutes will just lower resolution. And you would know that if at takeoff nothing bad happend (timer starts at takeoff) then you have at leats 60 seconds peace

Will I be able to fail a system whenever I want, or only before I start the flight?
If you are asking about when you can set this parameters and click "start" then you also can do it whenever you want but I recomend preparing this parameters before flight and click "start" before doing preflight checklist

Should I run the .exe file everytiem I start the the sim or the flight ? Is there an availability to get back to default settings (having this prorgram not working) in case I don't like it ?

Fully loaded 747-8, taking off and just past V1 and engine 2 fails and rolls back. Made for an interesting flight and landing the bastard. LoL. Great mod mate.

Thank you very much for this! Still haven´t got any failure (I set all to 2%). But this makes flyng much more real and entertaining! This should be included in the game!
