Yes, it is. Partly owned by the same guy that is behind Norwegian. They lease Dreamliners from the same fleet that Norwegian used to lease.

Norse is a completely new airline and only acquired the aircraft Norwegian operated when they stopped long haul operations. There are no links to Norwegian and they have an entirely different business model
