Welcome to Linz!
Linz Ost Airfield (German: Segelflugplatz Linz Ost) LOLO is a grass airstrip located at the eastern end of Linz, Austria. Due to its proximity to the Danube river and difficult surroundings (industry, bridges, mountains) approaching poses a serious challenge for unfamiliar pilots. Linz Ost is perfect for flights to the Alps or along the river Danube. Make sure to also install Linz Airport for a small hop between these airports.

How to install?
Simply drag the unzipped "littlekrg-troglodytus-airport-lolo-linzost" folder into your community folder!
Please make sure to also download "Mikea's AssetPack" to get all little details on ground.

Hi. LOLO is working perfectly fine! Only this strange update tag here on flightsim.to out of date. It is quite a lot of work to open all of our freely available airports and mark them as "working with update xx" every other month!

Gehört nicht unbedingt hierhin, aber seit dem letzten SIMupdate im Oktober crasht mein Sim in halb Oberösterreich, darunter Wels, Linz und Linz Ost beim Laden der dementsprechenden Szenerie... das Interessante, selbst wenn mein Community Ordner leer ist...und 3rd party tools deaktiviert sind (schreibt er ja gern beim Starten) crasht der Sim aufgrund 3rd party programme---die aber gar nicht da sind... Hilfe! habs langsam satt, bei jedem Update Probleme zu haben! 2. in den Bergen verschwinden die Bodentexturen und alles wird grün wenn ich zb in Kärnten rumflieg... lg Mario

Leider hab ich ein Problem mit LOLO: nach Einfügen in Community Folder lässt sich die Scenery nicht laden. Gibts da eine Lösung? Danke!

Spectacular as usual! Its right up there with many payware offerings. Any pkans to do Zeltweg. Such a perfect location for shorter flights exploring the mountains as well as Graz/Klagenfurt plys it has a large paved runway. Sern to be used not only fir military?

The generic Voest in msfs looks like a residential area and housing complexes. Not sure why anyone would prefer that to the actual towers and obstacles in photogrammetry.

Wow super Addon, endlich Linz Ost auch als Ausgearbeiter Flugplatz. Sehr schön finde ich dass auch die Vöst nun als Photogrammetrie vorhanden ist. Die kleinen Details mit den Booten und den Gastanks oder den beiden Brücken und der Stromleitung (die eine im Norden fehlt noch 😉 ) sind super! Tolle Arbeit.
Bugreport: Das Addon scheint nicht 100% kompatibel mit SU5 zu sein, da es bei einigen Assets (möglicherweise ist auch das Assetpack das Problem) zu den Rosaroten Default-Texturen kommt oder es Grafik-Glitsches gibt wo man durch die Welt/Gebäude sieht. Und beim Zurückgehen in das Hauptmenü, kann es leider zu einen CTD kommen, das war vorher/ohne Addon nicht der Fall.

Rosa Texturen hängen nicht zwingend mit dem Addon zusammen. Ich habe das Problem an allerlei anderen Flugplätzen oft sogar mit Asobos eigenen Objekten.

Herzlichen Dank für eure Mühe! Eure Mods sind Klasse, macht weiter so und bereichert uns weiter mit so tollen Flugplätzen. Linz sieht ja schon beeindruckend aus jetzt von oben. Welche Flugplätze habt ihr noch in Planung? Schön wäre Freistadt, aber auch Langenlebarn, Zeltweg. Danke dafür

Danke. Plan bleibt erstmals geheim, haben aber schon ein paar weitere Plätze entweder fertig oder in Arbeit.
Für Freistadt existiert aber bereits ein anderes tolles Addon auf dieser Website.

Due to the new SU5 update, i was flying a couple of times without any addons, just vanilla MSFS and their default airports/airfields.
I realy got kind of used to the high standards, your addons are delivering for us all.
If you switch the addons back on, it´s a good reminder about this and how much better and enjoyable the sim gets by your guys hard work.
So, we can´t repeat it often enough: Thanks a lot guys, you´re doing us all a fantastic service!
