Choelquoit Lake Resort (PZ13)
The resort has a 1300' hard runway and a lake large enough for any float/amphibian plane. Conveniently positioned in British Columbia it can be used as a base for scenic flying into the other local airstrips.
Once you have tied down the plane visitors are welcome to explore the resort populated with some old style buildings with a few surprises.
All the buildings are custom models so the download is large. Flying into, and around, the area hasn't given me a performance hit but I would welcome any observations other pilots have.
NOTAM
1. Please beware that the local sheriff is strict, he currently has one of the ground crew in jail for 2 weeks because the marshaller forgot to call him Sir!
2. Locals have started flying RC models in the area so please be careful on the approach

Only problem so far: I got too many trees near the runway so cannot really enjoy the old buildings ... any idea how to fix that?
