If it don't appears in FS2024:

In the livery folder, drag the layout.json file on top of the MSFSLayoutGenerator.exe file. A small black screen will open briefly. It's ready, you can fly.

Copy or Cut the Zip. file into your Community folder and extract (Unzip) the file in this folder. Make sure, you dont have it in other folders e.g. "ASIA LIVERIES > SINGAPORE" etc..

It Is a moving part, of horizontal stabilizer trim.

Hi, actually that part of the THS is blue in colour IRL from reference pictures.
