1- Offcourse you need to have Fenix A320 + 319/321 installed prior to installing this repaint.
2- Place the file into your Community Folder.
Usually something like:

ANNOUNCEMENTS INSTALLATION:
1- Go to the Fenix Announcements folder and parse the TRA file in there.
