    The Kenmore Air Harbor Lake Union is a seaplane base in Lake Union, Seattle. Flights are operated by Kenmore Air and Harbour Air. This airport is great for scenic flights around Seattle, or longer flights to other seaplane bases in Vancouver or San Juan Island.

    MSFS 2024 Version

    This version is compatible with MSFS 2024 and has a few updates:

     - New Terminal LODs
     - Updates to the park next to the terminal

    V2 of the MSFS 2024 version added a larger number of changes, which can be found in the changelog.

    The MSFS 2024 will not work with MSFS 2020


     Installation

    For the installation, unzip the file, then drag and drop it into your community folder.

    IMPORTANT

    For the best experience, please download the free World Update 18 (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) as some of the models come from there.

     
    Updates

    To update, please delete the old folder and drag and drop the new version into your community folder.

    In the future, I hope to add some custom models for buildings around Lake Union to provide a better experience of flying there.

     

    Aircraft In screenshots is the DHC-2 Beaver included with the 40th Anniversary edition of MSFS 2020.

    just downloaded for msfs 2024. the aircraft always spawns on wheels. Any ideas why?

    Very Niceee! Looking forward to use it in FS24 (with new Seaplanes physics), do you have any plans making the other seaplanes "bases" for Kenmore Air? (and maybe more, like for West Coast & Harbour Air? :) )

    Thank you for your feedback! Currently, I'm not working on any other seaplane bases, but I will be releasing two other airports in the next two weeks. Once MSFS 2024 comes out, I will definitely start working on some other seaplane bases in the area.

    W55 Version 2.0 for MSFS2024 Bug Fixes: - Seaplanes will no longer spawn with their landing gear extended as if the water is a solid surface. - Fixed random Photogrammetry around Lake Union. New Features: - New night-lighting both inside the terminal and the surrounding area. - Remade terminal model to be fully walkable in walkaround mode. - Added higher-quality car models to the parking lots. - Replaced some default satellite/photogrammetry parking lots with custom scenery. - Added custom marinas in the surrounding area. - Added more trees/bushes to the surrounding area. Unfortunately, this update cannot be ported to MSFS2020 as it uses many models from the base game, only compatible with MSFS2024.
