Right on! Can u do the earlier "Orange Thunderbolt" livery?

One of my favorite liveries. Wish they had kept it, but love seeing it in flightsim now!

Very nice livery. However it is displaying as a freighter/cargo variant. When you flip the cockpit switch (on the ground) for the doors the cargo door opens and the large cargo ramp appears. From looking at it's history it wasn't converted to cargo until 1985 and it wasn't American Airlines by then.

Thanks, I was getting tired of having to fly the PanAm livery. American is great and would like to see an early 1960's AA livery too. I was having problems with the autopilot not working and altitude setting display not working. The autopilot is already buggy, I removed the panel name in the aircraft.cfg and it is displaying the altitude setting now. And the AP worked. I hope that Microsoft \ Aeroplane Heaven fix the bugs soon.

Nicely done! This is one of the best AA liveries I have seen for MSFS. You have done a very good job of capturing the look of a bare metal surface that is a few years or more old. They most certainly do not look like the Silver Surfer! I will have to look in my logbook to see if I ever flew 8405.

This just in -- for some reason, the fuel flow gages are inop when I use this livery. I had read of some complaints about things going selectively inop or buggy with some of the Asobo liveries, so whatever this is, it may be similar or the same to what is already happening. In any event, it looks great!
