    Description

    About the project

    After nine months of work, my depiction of Ivato Int'l Airport in Madagascar is finally finished. It took much longer than originally expected. I had to realize that a project of this size is still too big for me. Basically I am satisfied, but there are some points I would have liked to improve, especially the ground textures. 
    But never mind. Now it's finished. I hope you like it anyway. Have fun! 

     

    About Ivato Int'l Airport

    Ivato Int'l Airport is the airport in the capital of Madagascar, Antananarivo. It is located on the northern edge of the city. In order to meet international standards, the airport received a state-of-the-art new terminal a few years ago. However, the old one remains in operation. 
    Among other things, Madagascar Airlines offers flights from here to destinations all over the world. General aviation is also well represented at this airport.

    Installation
    • Download the ZIP-file from Flightsim.to.
    • Open the ZIP-file. You will find a folder named "nfm-ivato-fmmi".
    • Drag-and-drop this folder into your MSFS community folder. 
    • Start MSFS. The add-on should work now.

    Hi, it doesn´t work with GSX-Pro (Version 3.9.). GSX-Pro starts and direct disappear and can not open again.

    Seems not compatible with BATC . LOading 20% FMMI at BATC level

    Thanks for the comment! I don't use BeyondATC, so I've never tested the scenery with it. Are you sure it's because of BATC? That shouldn't affect any scenery, should it?

    The problem is that there are no taxiways so it makes this beautiful airport unusable with any ai traffic

    Doesn't seem to have any taxiways mapped so AI aircraft disappear after landing (MSFS2020).

    Great work but ILS sends you far beyond the touchdown zone

    tbh I didn't change anything about the ILS or other procedures. They are the standard MSFS ones, so yeah, they might be a bit off...

    Super ! J'ai commencé FMNA, mais je suis une vraie loutre en 3D, du coup il ne me manque plus que les bâtiments. Niveau piste, textures et topographie, je m'en sors un peu mieux.

    Vielen Dank für den tollen Airport! Sieht klasse aus! Insbesondere das Terminal ist großartig gemacht. Kann mir vorstellen, dass das sehr viel Arbeit war. Ein paar der kleineren Hangars haben etwas "rauhe" Texturen, die mir nicht ganz so gut gefallen. Planst Du hier ggf. noch Updates?
    Ansonsten ein tolles Add-On fast auf Payware Niveau. Ivato war längst mal fällig. Vielleicht stellst Du es den Jungs von Africa to Go zur Verfügung. Wäre eine tolle Ergänzung für deren Afrika-Paket.

    Ich fand auch, dass Ivato, als wichtigster Knotenpunkt in Madagaskar, schon lange fehlte.
    Mit manchen Texturen bin ich auch nicht so ganz zufrieden. Ich denke schon, dass ich da mal noch ein Update machen werden, jedoch nicht mehr dieses Jahr, da ich demnächst kaum Zeit haben werde :(

    Winterthur airfield (LSPH), also known as Hegmatten airfield, is a private glider airfield in Winterthur. The airfield is operated by the gliding group Winterthur (SGW). In 1964 the airfield was built. In 2002, the airfield hosted the Swiss Gliding Championships. In 2017/2018 the airfield was closed for 6 months.
