Installation:

• Extrract the file into your Community folder

UPDATE 1.1:

• - Excess unnecessary files have been removed to save space
• - New Thumbnail images for all Liveries, provided generously by Alexander Fiebrandt

I highly recommend deleting the original folder before installing the new one.
In your Community folder will be a folder called: "gfa_fieseler_storch_wheels_V2_CVT_"  I strongly recommend deleting this too.  It will be regenerated the next time you fly with this updated version.

UPDATE 1.2:

• - New Skis Variant Added with 3 New Liveries

I highly recommend deleting the original folder before installing the new one.
In your Community folder will be a folder called: "gfa_fieseler_storch_wheels_V2_CVT_"  I strongly recommend deleting this too.  It will be regenerated the next time you fly with this updated version.

UPDATE 1.3:

- Fuel System - Was impossible to change tanks, giving the player only a third of the fuel. Because it was a Wing Tank, as it drained, it only drained on one side, causing instability. Changed this to a single central tank with the correct capacity.

- Idle RPM was too high, brought down to a more realistic level. It is still a little higher than it should be, but if I lower it much more the engine cuts out, BUT it will stop it pulling off when idling.

I highly recommend deleting the original folder before installing the new one.
In your Community folder will be a folder called: "gfa_fieseler_storch_wheels_V3_CVT_" and "gfa_fieseler_storch_skis_V3_CVT_" I strongly recommend deleting this too. It will be regenerated the next time you fly with this updated version.

UPDATE 1.4:

- Sound System - It was brought to our attention that some of the sound files used in the original FSAddons Fieseler Fi-156 Storch for FSX back in 2016, were used without permission from an original mod made in 2014.  The original mod owner made contact to request that their sounds be removed.  We have of course complied immediately and replaced them with the default Asobo C-152 sounds in the meantime, until we can find more suitable sounds.  We made no alterations to the original FSX files, however we do not condone the usage of others' works without permission.  We thank the original Mod owner for bringing this to our attention.  We compared and analysed the two sound files, and we were able to confirm the legitimacy of the original Mod owner's claims, and are happy to cooperate fully.

Please delete the original folders before installing the new ones.

Notes:

• As with ALL FSX Conversions, it comes with quirks.  Using the "Next Pilot Position" and "Previous Pilot Position" key bindings will cause the game to freeze and crash.  That is sadly because of Conversion and is not fixable, however if you don't use those buttons, you won't have any troubles.
• Cockpit Gauges work and are accurate, levers are animated, BUT nothing is clickable.
• We do plan to make the Cockpit Native at a later date, which means it will become usable in VR too.
