    PMDG 777 StreamDeck XL & PLUS profile & AAO Scripts

    You need LORBYs AAO and its StreamDeck Plugin to run this StreamDeck profile.

     

    ATTENTION!

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! 

    • When you import SD profiles, make sure to delete the old ones, otherwise you'll get profile copies.
    • Make sure to always have the latest AAO and AAO StreamDeck plugin versions!
    • I just create the SD profiles! For any connection issues, SD plugin not working, Buttons show "?" or nothing, no reaction of the SD etc., please contact the developer of AAO! And please read the AAO Manual or the short Troubleshooting PDF
    • It is - as the title says - just for the StreamDeck XL (!). Please do not ask for a 15 button conversion. This will not happen as this will more than double the amount of development and support for me as I do not have a 15 button SD. Sorry.
    • Please ask if you want to use parts of my SD profiles, icons or AAO scripts or whatever! And please ask everytime you start a new project! You have to credit and link me in your description! If you use my work, you are then not allowed to beg for own donations!

     

    Installation:

    Install the SD XL profile by double clicking at PMDG 777.streamDeckProfile

    Install the SD PLUS profile by double clicking at PLUS PMDG 777.streamDeckProfile

    Import the AAO script PMDG777_AxisAndOhsScripts.xml according to the AAO manual

    You can use the AAO scripts of course for other hardware, too!

     

    Known Issues:
    MCP displays do not initialize at startup (ALT, VS, SPD). You simply have to dial one time, then its working)
    Trim values are not 100% correct

    Can you tell me how you get the dynamic display onto the SD+? Or help make this addition?
    example- the IAS window, it moves on the plane and on the SD+ LCD.
    I am trying to get the hydraulic switches onto the SD+ screen and making no progress.

    I always use your profile and it’s awesome! 😎 That said, on my 200ER, the engine start knob refuses to cooperate, while it works perfectly on the 77W, 77L, and 77F.

    Obviously you switched to MSFS2024 so why not to have streamdeck profiles for both sims for 777? You can upload the version 1.1 as the latest version for MSFS2020 and the version 1.2 can be actually 1.0 version for MSFS2024. This way it will be obvious which streamdeck profile is for which sim and people would know its their own risk to use 2024 profile in 2020 and vice versa.

    FYI the tag on the page says this is for 2020and not 2024 but your changelog says it's only tested in 2024

    You're my favorite StreamDeck creator ! Just a question in general, are the profiles for FS2024 different from FS2020 ? Have you created for FS2024 ? I must check/upgrade my profiles, I've got so many from you :) Thank you !

    Yes, 2024 profiles can differ from 2020 simply as developers choose different variables, including MS/Asobo.
    I can't keep track of both version and I even don't have 2020 installed since several month.
    So, in short: 2024 only

    777 will be updated soon as I have the 777F now in 2024

    This one is your best SD+ profile. I really love the design of black buttons with green light on the AP page the logic to switch between captain/fo ecam is also really smart. Only thing I have problem with is the radio/baro minimums know - rotating it really fast/slow does not change anything it goes painstakingly slow. It is like full 360 rotation give increments from 400 to 410. It cant be rotated faster like in other streamdeck profiles so I have to do it with mouse wheel or holding LMB and dragging mouse to the right/left.

    I don't know. I won't get the 777F, sorry.
    PMDG price politics is not what I wantt to support and PAX version is enough for me.

    Beside this, I switched completely to 2024. So no 777 anyway currently
    (have to pay for that upgrade also as PMDG, unlike other developers, will charge for it.)
