    Description

This folder contains a repaint for the Grumman Goose by the OZx team in MSFS2020. It shows Grumman Goose G-21A c/n 1184 C-GDDJ of Wilderness Seaplanes, Canada. It was built in 1942 and flew with the US Navy with serial 04357. After the war, it was first registered N2751A, flying with Alaska Coastal Ellis Airlines from Juneau between 1956 and 1975. It then went to Kenmore Air as N1257A, flew for Catalina Flying Boats between 1984 and 1989. It was damaged during a beaching operation for a movie. After repairs, it went to Canada as C-GDDJ, flying with Rodgers Log Inc, and Pacific Coastal. It is currently flying with Wilderness Seaplanes, in Port Hardy, BC, Canada, together with C-FIOL and C-FUAZ.  Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by the OZx team."

The best repaints I've ever used. From FSX and P3D now on to MSFS. Hope to see you in MSFS 2024, you are at the top when it comes to aircraft repaints. I always look for yours first and foremost and it ends up that I don't have to look anywhere else on any site. Keep them coming.

Where can you get this plane without downloading malware?

Malware? Do you think this airplane is available from some source involving malware? If so, please let us know.

I've never had a problem with malware when downloading aircraft, so I have no idea where this is coming from. The Goose is available on sim-outhouse, my paints here, on avsim and on the outhouse. Never, ever, had any complaints about malware

Yep, I'm regular in all those websites. In fact I downloaded the aircraft from SOH, but it involves registering and some people don't feel like that. Your offering an alternative source (flightsimulator.com) was a good idea.
Now I realize nightowlbob was posing a generic precautonary question, not implying he knew of problematic sources, as I had previously understood.

Thank you very much for this repaint, IMHO your best so far, since it's the first one to include "some sort" of noseart (a tiny flying goose), which I love. If I may contribute something, I think you shouldn't limit yourself to actually existing aircraft: the Goose is very suitable for fantasy repaints, in which noseart can play an important role.

Nice livery. I'm looking forward that ASOBO introduces water wakes and dust clouds at once. Without those effects landing on the water and bush airfields has much less emotion
