This is Air Europa Express EC-OBO for the PMDG Boeing 737-800.

Installation:

Open your PMDG OPS Center -  Go to the Aircraft and Liveries tab - Open Livery utilities - Press on Install from PTP - Select the downloaded PTP and wait untill installation is completed.
