    ATTENTION: This is not a realistic representation of the real airport!!

    Please note, there might be a windsock on the taxiway which comes from the WorldHub Update, about which I can't do anything about

    ALL world updates are needed to use this airport - The Free UK2000 library is required from the ingame Marketplace

    Welcome to Freetown, the capital city of Sierra Leone.

    Since the default airport is not yet updated, I'm bringing you this version of Freetown Lungi airport - enjoy it!

    Installation:

    Drag and Drop the 2 unzipped folders separately into your community folder

    gfll-lungi (Airport)

    gfll-background (updated satellite image)

    Please Note: using the airport without the satellite image is possible to save disk space, but is not recommended.

    Future Plans:

    • Provide GSX Profile

    Had an arrival after sunset and unfortunately no apron floodlights (so all dark there) : am I missing something or is it not (yet) provided ?

    Hello Willem, thanks for your kind words.
    Were you able to reproduce this problem? i.e. loading the sim up, and putting your plane in GFLL at night time to see if lights work? I used standard MSFS Lights, so no additional Ressources, and I haven't heard any complains about the lights not working yet!

    it was my first arrival at GFLL and I parked at the apron (older part of the airport?), the one south of the runway. Noticed only afterwards, the other apron with the jetways has apron lighting.

    There will be a World Update 83 for Neptune before "they" focus on Africa :-(

    Yes I do know about that mod. However it doesn't seem to be focusing on major airports (which is no critics at all).
