    Dear User,


    I've modified the Aerospatiale SA315B Lama helicopter by Taog's Hangar. 


    - The cruising speed has changed according to the torque value (80-120 kts)


    It's important to note that the modifications don't affect instruments, they continue to show accurate values.

    Overwrite the flight_model.cfg file. Make a backup first!

    Thanks a lot! It makes a world of a difference. To my personal taste, the Lama is gorgeous but so frustrating when you don't have a dedicated helicopter rig... With this flight model I can fly it and enjoy it with a common X-56. Thanks again!

    the helicopter comes with a "easy" flight model config file included, easily swapped out and provides a very nice feel, the main issue i think is that maybe people are not resetting the gyro circuit breaker in the overhead panel prior to take off, i did this the first few times and can say its a handful lol. after the gyro was running the standard flight model is great, slightly lowering the sensitivity's of controls helps a massive amount. not sure a add on like this is necessary as the flight model is bang on. and the easy model makes it fly more like the allouette (imo).

    In my opinion, the flight model I made is very important. My helicopter pilot friend and I made the downloadable flight model. Special helicopter maneuvers can be performed with the help of the flight model created and improved by us.

    The original flight model is not yet suitable for performing special helicopter maneuvers. Everyone can try this. It is important to note that special helicopter maneuvers are required when performing various tasks.

    The flight model I made is based on the Taog's Hangar Alouette flight model. The flight model of the Alouette is amazing and realistic. Once again, I can only thank Taog for his wonderful work, patience, and precision!

    At the end, my most important insight is that everyone uses the flight model that gives them the greatest joy!

    That would be incredible. So far there are very little videos and most people don't really know what they are doing ^^

    I still have to say, this is not an official modification.

    As much as I appreciate the endeavor, I believe the way the original FM is modeled currently is going in the right direction. This is a third party modification which does not fully reflect my perception of how the Lama should fly. Again if people have fun with it; it is what matters.

    Hello. You indicate your sensitivity settings, but what type of joystick/pilot device are you using?

    Saitek X52 Pro Flight Control System. If the sensitivity is further increased, the user will get an even more realistic flight experience.

    Thank you. It's good to know that, because these sensitivities are not necessarily adapted to other joysticks, especially with handle extensions.

    Tout d'abord merci d'avoir modifié le fichier .cfg qui en avait besoin :-)
    Je trouve néanmoins une anomalie. Lorsque je procède au démarrage du moteur, tout devient automatque dès que je bascule le bouton de marche sur la console centrale. Je n'ai plus à toucher la manette blanche qui est l'injection de carburant, tout se fait tout seul.
    Y a t-il un réglage à faire poure revenir en mode tout manuel?

    Good morning,
    First of all thanks for modifying the .cfg file which needed it :-)
    However, I find an anomaly. When I start the engine, everything becomes automatic as soon as I switch the start button on the center console. I no longer have to touch the white lever which is the fuel injection, everything does itself.
    Is there a setting to return to full manual mode?
