Air Canada C-GHPQ for the Kuro Boeing 787-8 (v2)

Installation:

1. You must have a premium deluxe edition of MSFS that includes the Default 787-10

2. Drag and drop the livery into your community folder

Known Issues:

Due to the Default/Kuro 787 using mirrored textures in several areas (such as the underbelly), some details are not possible and/or are flipped backwards. I cannot remedy this.
Air Canada uses GE GEnx engines. The Default/Kuro 787 engines are RR Trent engines. I've added GE-specific stencils and details; however, the shape is off in areas. Until a custom GEnx model is included, this is my temporary solution.

One of the landing gear doors is white, other than that, great livery!

It shouldn't be and I've not received any reports of this. I just loaded up the livery myself and no, one of the gear doors are not white. Try this:
1. Ensure you have the most up-to-date installation of the Kuro.
2. Redownload the livery.

I reinstalled the plane and re-downloaded the livery, and also ran the livery converter, still there. Weird.

Quality is nice, but I don't understand why your liveries look like all the planes flew through an ash cloud.

In terms of the airframe textures themselves or how they reflect in sunlight?

The reflections specifically and how they appear in certain lighting conditions. Even on the ramp at night from the surrounding lighting the skin looks extremely scratched up.

it says 8k but when going closer to the fuselage its quite a lot pixelated, is it a bug or just me ?

The resolution of the textures genuinely are 8K, you can load them up in any photo editing software and it'll display that, truthfully. However, even with 8K resolution, some things will still be a little pixlated and not all of it will be razor sharp. There's a few areas on the Default 787/Kuro model where the resolution isn't as high as other areas. However, the quality shouldn't degrade that much. If there livery is becoming incredibly blurry and pixlated, it may be a MSFS/Aircraft issue (X-Plane used to combat this with mipmaps for liveries and textures, which intentionally lower the resolution/blur textuers the farther away the camera was from the object). See if your memory or CPU usage is abnormally high
