    * Many people asked me to port the addon to FS2024, but I feel sorry to say it is not feasible at the moment since the Caravan in FS2020 and FS2024 are totally different things in terms of architecture, while the important files in the one for FS2024 are encrypted and individual modders like me have no access to the 3D model. Only M$ and Asobo could provide the Cargomaster variant, if they would like to do so. *

    * Compatible with both Asobo and BlackSquare version *

    After being suceessful in creating the cargo exterior of the new ATRs, many people asked if we can do the same thing on the Caravan.

    However, it just doesn't work when I used the same method as what I did for the ATRs. After thoroughly digging into SDK documentation and investigating how the aircraft is loaded in console, I found out that something extra is needed, as the exterior model of the Caravan is something before SU12. To make the magic happens, a "hacked" exterior model is included for this livery, but I have only made the modifications on LOD0 only, so it is not suitable to enable it for AI traffic at the moment.

    You may also have interest on the Cargomaster for other FedEx contractors:

    * Don't ask here for the "sunglass issue" happened on the Caravan. It is not related to the exterior model *

    I can confirm that in order to have the full livery showing in your sim, you MUST shorten the original file's name (anything you want) BEFORE dowloading the ZIP file. Otherwise, this is truly a wonderful repaint, especially with the plugged windows. Thank you very much!

    Livery looks great. Had trouble with the livery not displaying and instead showing pink squares. The solution to the problem was to shorten the file name after extracting it. This solution works on the others too.

    The folder of this addon (as well as all my addons) is named under the package name convention suggested by M$, which sometimes end up in a very long folder name and it may trigger the problem of "file path too long", especially if the path of the Community folder is the default one. You can freely rename the folder into anything indeed.

    May I know if the problem occurred is that the liveries cannot be selected, or the aircraft rendered as pink squares?

    It looks so nice, but when I sart in a flight everything at the plane is Pink, I think I did smt with the instalation wrong, is there any special way for installing this aircraft?

    It is nothing special to install this livery, just drag & drop into your community addon folder. I guess there maybe conflicts with other addons or the downloaded file is corrupt. You may try to remove and download it again at first.

    I did it 4 times after the 3rd time is was fixed in the cockpit but outside it ways pink around the windows

    May I know the problem occurred for Asobo version or Blacksquare version? You can try to download my other Fedex C208 liveries to see if the problem still exists. You may also try to shorten the folder name of the addon because sometimes there may be a "file path too long" error for a few users
