    Description

    Ver 7.5

Columbus Airport[1] (IATA: CSG, ICAO: KCSG, FAA LID: CSG) (formerly Columbus Metropolitan Airport) is four miles northeast of Columbus, in Muscogee County, Georgia, United States.[2] Serving Georgia's second largest city, it is Georgia's fourth busiest airport.

FAA records say the airport had 51,288 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2008,[4] 48,526 in 2009 and 63,726 in 2010.[5] The National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015 categorized it as a primary commercial service airport (more than 10,000 enplanements per year).[6]

Eastern Airlines flights began about 1944, Delta arrived in 1947 and Southern in 1949; Eastern and Southern pulled out in 1979 and Delta's last mainline flights were in 1995–96.

In 1968 Southern was allowed to start nonstop DC-9s Columbus to Dulles International Airport outside of Washington, D.C., three a day, all continuing to LaGuardia Airport in New York City. The flights continued (two to four a day) until 1979.

Hello again! I want to say thanks for your continued updates and improvements too!

I did want to ask; do you have the ability to change the gate parking spot size?

When I land, I don't get a "Taxi to Gate" option...I've learned from other developers that this is most often due to parking size set too small and/or gate naming. When I park my PMDG 737 at either of the two jetways, GSX Pro tells me they are too small. If you can resize, I find that GSX sets to 35M for the 737. If I can help in any way, let me know! THANK YOU! P.S. I'm an hour from KCSG and can get photos if you ever need any.

I will take a look at that. I also have the 737 and will try to recreate this issue. I can change the parking size, no problem. Look for an update today.

I am about 15 minutes East of KCSG.

Awesome! Looks like you are close! I'm actually closer to KABY, but am near KCSG fairly often. Thanks! I'm hoping that does it. If not, I have a couple notes I save from other developers that made fixes saved I can share.

Thanks for the work on CSG. Looking good. Noticed I can't get the jetways to connect, baggage service or, airstairs, I'm sure they're coming so keep up the good work, it's much appreciated.

I have been following your progress and glad to see you continuing to make KCSG grow and "come alive"! I have flown in/out of this airport (real life) for many years and happy to see it developing for MSFS! What's next? Position markings & center lines would make a great addition.

    THANK YOU for your work!

Small update. Not sure if it was the new update today, but I noticed the terrain height from the airport to the surrounding area was significantly different.
