Just drop the folder that is within the 7z file (not the 7z file itself) into your community folder, default location is C:\Users\[your pc username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_(some numbers)\LocalCache\Packages\Community or if you have it on Steam right click on the game in your library and select Manage>Browse Local Files and then it should be the same file structure.
