    Description

    ESGH is a small airport in Western Sweden. It´s populated by a gliding club and small aircraft. You can get your glider licence here if you want. The grass strip is well maintained 2700 feet long and 210 feet wide. Easy to land on but there can be some turbulence in westerly winds. It is a short flight to my other airports ESGE and ESGI. Enjoy.

    Thank you so much for the removal of the grass runway lights, it adds so much to the immersion of real ife flying. Hopefully we'll see this for all your grass airfields eventually.

    I notice all (or most) of your small grassfields have runway lights, do they really in real life? if not, why included? For training/navifating purposes it would be really cool with a version that represent the real airports, tougher to find etc.

    You are right. There are no lights at the real fields but then in msfs they would be almost impossible to find at dusk or dawn. I may upload alternatives.

    Thats the challenge :) I fly mostly grass airfields in Sweden in real life as well and finding them is half the fun and the reward for good navigation skill (especially without the GNS 430).

    Looks great. Did you make all objects yourself? I mean those nice touches like glider trailers, tractor, etc?

    I made the buildings, the glider trailers, the caravans and the tractor myself. The glider is freeware 3-model which I cleaned up and retextured.

    I just looked at it on google maps. A little more than that. But nice old hangars to model. Do you have any images maybe?

    1. Cones marking runway
    2. Red building
    3. Fence between 2. red building and in front of 5. club house
    4. Flagpole
    4. Red club house (fence between runway and club house)
    5. Red and white hangar
    6. Grey hangar
    7. Grey building
    8. Fence around the airstrip
