    Description

    Zlin Savage Cub repaint of Alaska State Troopers PA-18 Super Cub N7049. Aircraft has baked on registration number as the default registration number covers up some of the marking for the aircraft.

    *Note: Due to the mirrored wings of this model the "STATE TROOPERS" marking on the underside of the wing is correct on the right wing and backwards on the left wing. If there is enough of a request I can remove the marking all together.

    As always if there are any issues or problems, please let me know, so that can be corrected and fixed.

     

    v2.0 - Model changed to incorperate wing decals ont he bottom of the wings so that the markings are no longer mirrored.

    v1.1 minor correction to panel.cfg to fix problem with registrtion number box showing up.

    Please could you create the same livery for the Savage Carbon by GotGravel ? I tested with this livery and it works well but as Savage carbon has bigger wheels, the plane is levitating because of the wheels size difference :/ I assume model files need to be changes according to Savage Carbon model files...

    This livery is already included in my Savage Carbon pack, the only difference is that I cannot make the changed to the aircraft model to have the wing markings un-mirrored on the Savage Carbon version.

    Hello, exactly, I was asking due to this difference. You mean you are not able to change the Savage Carbon model because it is locked or something like that ?

    Being from Alaska i love this livery, question though theres a large white block over the tail number and ST logo, am I missing a setting i need to change ? thank you !

    I found an problem with the panel.cfg file. v1.1 fixed the issue.

    Their Super Cub's as mostly used by the wildlife troopers as they are the game wardens and for some trooper transport to the more remote smaller villages in the state.

    Unfortunately The wings are mirrors of each other, so the marking will always be backwards on one of the wings. or I have to removed it completely.
