Great liveries! But I've lost the sound with the barons!

These are exceptional liveries demonstrating high skill level and great patience in getting everything right. This is one of the more difficult birds to properly paint so your efforts are recognized and most appreciated. Thanks for sharing your work with the community. I did encounter a sound issue with your liveries as described in my separate comments but was able to resolve.

Superb liveries, really well done. Unfortunately your panel.cfg file breaks the engine display functionality of the new G1000NXi. I ran across the same problem for other liveries, namely the recent SR22 'Turbo-Carbon' ones. This author managed to find a way around this problem by reconfiguring the panel.cfg. You might wish to download one or two of these to see how the problem was fixed.

Copy that in your Panel.cfg

Your suggestion worked in restoring the engine gauges but now I'm getting no sound whatsoever using your liveries. Could it perhaps be some conflict in your model folder?

I have updated the panel.cfg file to hopefully fix the issue.

Thanks for your quick responses in attempting to resolve the sound problem I've encountered. Unfortunately your new panel.cfg, while fixing the 'no gauges' issue, did not solve the sound problem. I still get no aircraft sounds using your liveries. Never having encountered this unusual issue before I became determined to look into this further. Having attempted several fixes myself unsuccessfully, and playing a hunch, I edited the aircraft.cfg by deleting all versions except for one. The blue/gold (my favourite). Success! All sounds are back and so are the G1000NXi engine gauges. It would therefore seem to me that some conflict arises in packaging all 4 livery versions in the same aircraft.cfg in this case. Perhaps the sim is reading duplicate aircraft.cfg entries differently in SU5...I don't really know.
Should you not be able to troubleshoot this, one suggestion might be to package each version individually and people can choose the ones they wish to install. In my case I have no problem making 4 separate versions from your upload but not everyone may be able to do this. What I find puzzling is that no one else has reported this sound problem considering the number of downloads. It's possible this has something to do with my particular setup but somehow I doubt it.

Ok I will make a change to the packaging to make sure there is only 1 aircraft per aircraft config file…. I’ll work on it tomorrow and try to have it out as soon as possible.

This may indeed be the best solution and your extra effort is appreciated. Again, I've found a workaround for now, but not everyone may be able to accomplish this. Your liveries are simply too good for people to shelve over a possible no-sound issue. I fly the Baron a lot.

The next update will have the default tail number for the Black/Silver version corrected to PR-MTT
