    So sad that Qantas refused to buy the 777.

    yes, it was an interesting time. they went with the a330, which suited their operations too. And of course they had the A300s they inherited from TAA, Australian Airlines. and their A380 orders. The livery is from the time of the wide body twin decision, so in a way its accurate, if they had gone the 777 route
