    Description

    Peeyem

Peeyem is a simple to use package manager for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It allows you to view all the official and community packages available on your system. Community packages can be enabled or disabled between game sessions to minimize the game’s memory foot print.

It works by creating soft links or junctions to the enabled packages. No directories or files are moved when enabling or disabling packages.

    Requirements

.NET Core 3.1 is required to run the application. You can download it here.

A QUESTION PLEASE: Is it possible to disable sceneries in the COMMUNITY while the simulator is running?

Yes, you can but if you try to load a disabled one the game will probably generate an error or silently continue. I haven't tried it yet though.

The Ticks will not tick off or on when clicking on them to stop a plan Liveries ya don't want to use

Was looking for an app that would do this. Thank you. Could you add search functionality? For example would be useful to search for an airport by it's code or city name.

Downloaded it. Installed it. Downloaded .net core. I run the program. I set the folders. It recognizes my 697 packages. 1 is selected. The checkboxes don't do anything. You click on the checkbox, it doesn't do anything. You right click an addon and then "Disable selected", it doesn't do anything. You also can't find anything inside the manual because there is no Troubleshooting section. I understand the value of this program. It is something really helpful. It is useless for me though. It just doesn't work. Thank you for the effort.

Sorry if this is late. In the quick start section of the manual it is said that you have to move everything in your community folder to a separate folder and set that folder as the mod warehouse for the tool to work. And others who was frustrated like you and me please read the manual throughly (yeah I made this mistake too lol)

Edit: btw im not associated with the author and the project in any way and i just want to point this out to anyone that might need this information

Very good application ! Have you planned a function for display all sceneries into the map ? Thanks !

Planned, yes, but map control needs to be updated first.

    User interface is quite nice.
    Software provide good response time.
Unfortunately, I cannot use it for the moment.
I have to much addons for sceneries and planes.
If you could sort sceneries per country/region, it would be great. I am using directories and subdirectories in the warehouse directory.
The same should apply for planes sorting all addons for a given plane.
For the moment, I use MSFS Addons linker.

If you could sort all addons depending of directories then you will become "Le phenix des hôtes de ces bois" like in "Le corbeau et le renard" from Jean de Lafontaine

Is clicking on the column headers not intuitive enough to sort the packages?

    Thanks for your answer.
I found "Location" in the column header.
This allow to sort them per directory/subdirectory.
When you have a long list, this is not convinient.

Could you maybe add "ICAO" to the headers (sortable)? Would help me find out faster if I already have something for a certain airport installed :)

I can but getting the ICAO codes is a time-consuming operation because I have to scan every *.bgl file in the packages. I tried to keep the time it takes to get the package list as short as possible. Also, some packages contain more than 1 airport. There is not always a 1-to-1 mapping between a row in the list and an airport.

    Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you for this great addon.
Just a suggestion, I dont know if it is difficult to concretise or not... It should be great to have a complete map with all the pins representing the mods we have downloaded.....and even better to have a possibility to select a region circle with a radiun for example which will automatically select all the mods acting on that zone with manually the posibility to desactivate some....Must be great and unique. Thanks again for your work so far

Thanks for the feedback. It's on my to do list. However, the map control needs more work to support multiple pins. Might take some time.

This site already has that map!! Left side "Scenery Map" Regards
