    Description

    Acars/Cpdlc Addon for Synaptic A220.

    This is compatible with v1.0.6 of The synaptic A220.

    Supported Networks

    • Hoppie(Vatsim)
    • SayIntentions.AI
    • BeyondATC(Experimental)

    Supports Both ACARS(FreeText, ATIS, METAR/TAF, Oceanic Clearance, PDC) aswell as CPDLC(Speed, FL LVL, DIRECT, Position Report) functionality.
    INIT DATA Page under DLK => AOC is implemented aswell.
    The ACPT, RJCT, STBY and Refresh BTNS on the Glareshield are supported and interact with the EICAS view.

    Currently ATC Messages trigger the Caution sound a single time. DL Messages only add an EICAS CAS Advisory.

    Installation & Setup

    The Installation is standard by putting the addon folder into your Community folder.

    Further this addon will become nonfunctional with Synaptic updates, please check here for updates then, i will try to update the addon frequently.

    This addon may not represent the reality in the A220 100%.

    Now A220 is 1.0.9 and it's again not working, how is it that different? I'm guessing you are in the ini version of the aircraft which is still 1.0.8 and that's why not yet updated? is there anything we can tweak in the code to correct it ourselves?

    Same here, I have the markletplace version of the plane now 1.0.8, but the inimanager map files. The DLK and CPDLC options are greyed out.

    EDIT: I downloaded the Inibuilds version of the mod and seems to be working now.

    New Question: How do I setup Sayintentions in this mod?

    Did something change? I have the marketplace version version 0.4.3 of the main download installed and both the DATALINK and CPLDC tabs remain greyed out.

    I do had the moving map version installed. Noticed that it said they are currently not compatible. So I deinstalled the moving map but the Datalink remains greyed out.

    Maybe a consideration to offer just one file for both versions of the aircraft, if the IniManager version also works with the Marketplace.

    ye i separated them because im bored lol.


    no normally they dont work together, this works because first iniManager gets the update and then later the MP. i will no longer support the mp version. Pretty please migrate to the iniManager

    I will not migrate. I hate how much space all the add on aircraft take up. So I buy them on the MP whenever possible so that I can stream them.

    As he wrote: 1 for inimanger and one for marketplace version... if u have Inimanger version then you should download that.

    * Compatibility with Synaptics A220 1.0.9 * PDC is now received as a ATS message in Dlk and not as CPDLC anymore. There is a accept button in the bottom left. * Note: CPDLC caution tone might play partway or not at all due to changes Synaptic made which broke the queuing, im investigating
