    Microsoft / S&H Software ATR 72-600 GSX Pro Profile - Image 1

    Description

    This is a GSX pro profile I created for the Microsoft / S&H Software ATR 72-600 for MSFS2024 

    Disclamer: I am NOT a real world ground worker and I don´t have acces to any real life procedures. All information is taken from photos, videos and imagination. 

    Features:

    This profile includes custom vehicle stop positions, some custom settings, custom passenger walk paths and also custom pushback procedures.

    Installation:

    Simply put the "Microsoft_ATR_72_600" file in this path: Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\Airplanes (MicrosoftStore)

     Disclamer: If you want to use Hotel Mode on pushback you need to request pushback, then it will ask if you want to start engines before pushback, then press yes, and you can proceed with the Hotel mode.

    If you have any suggestions or knowlage of the IRL procedues please tell me in the comments and I will update the profile accordingly.

    Hi I just updated to your latest version and my GSX now cant recognise the aircraft type? I also cannot boar deboard because the doors open/close constantly?

    It's an Asobo stuff up. You need to disable the open/close doors check in the aircraft editor - until they fix the error.

    That was already turned off because I know about that issue from previous versions. Still doesn't help that GSX doesn't recognise the aircraft type says no stairs so pax wont be visible all kinds of issues unfortunatly

    Thanks for the profile! With latest AAU6 the ATR the GSX GPU is moved into the nose of the airplane. Any chance to fix it?

    Thanks for your quick reply. Please check the gsx.cfg, last change date is 01.11.2025 and GPU still placed wrong.

    Hello.
    I use GSX and find it really realistic and a pleasure to look at.
    I Ve download your profile.
    However, I do have a small problem with boarding passengers. I’m flying the ATR 72-600 S&H Msfs 2024 and when I try to board passengers via the rear door, I hear the following message:
    There are no passenger stairs; you will not see passengers.
    What can I do to solve this problem? I’ve searched online without success.

    Thanks a lot for the review! If you have the latest version of GSX it should ask you if you want to use airplane stairs when you request boarding. That is what it is supposed to do at least ;)

    Hey does hotel mode work like this i found this in GSX update log

    GSX (all versions) NEW:Multiple Custom Operators can now be assigned to each parking, removing the need to use airline codes.
    GSX Pro NEW: Added internal profiles for Microsoft ATR. HOTEL Mode is supported, by detecting if only one engine is running, and Wheel Chocks are set. Door automation will come with a later update, once we get the relevant info from the developer.

    Hi, I am having issues where GSX is thinking that I am in the highliner version of the ATR, not the passeneger. Meaning that only 28 PAX board even when my simbrief has more than 28. Any ideas?

    Hmmm... I have not had that problem myself but I have had some similar issues. As far as I´m conserned I cant fix it. I will see if it is possible to do something though

    I have the exact same issue! It's always 28 passengers no matter what's in Simbrief

    I found a fix/workaround. For some reason the plane variant is detected by GSX as the Highline version. Here's how I fixed:
    1. In the virtuali/Airplanes folder create a folder called microsoft_atr, inside that another folder called 72-600_HIGHLINE
    2.Copy the gsx.cfg file from this download to the 72-600_HIGHLINE folder
    3.In the game load into free flight with the ATR 72-600 passenger version
    4.Open GSX Menu and go to 'Customize Airplane'
    5.In the top right corner click "Handler Editor"
    6.Select "User: per-aircraft" and copy to the text are under this line: variant = 'MICROSOFT_ATR_72_600_PASSENGER'
    7.Click 'Save' and 'Apply', close it and restart GSX/couatl

    Now it should work properly

    hay un rpoblema y es que los pasajeros no pueden entrar la cabina y se quedan bloqueados al subir nose si es algo que puedas solucionar porque a raiz de eso no puedes cargar el equiaje
