Korean Air is the flag carrier of South Korea, headquartered in Seoul. Founded in 1969, the airline operates an extensive international and domestic network across Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and the Middle East. Recognized worldwide for its premium service and modern fleet, Korean Air operates a wide range of Airbus and Boeing aircraft, including the Airbus A220, A321neo family, A330, A350, Boeing 787, 777, and 747-8.

The Airbus A321LR represents an important part of Korean Air’s next-generation narrowbody fleet, offering increased range, improved fuel efficiency, lower emissions, and enhanced passenger comfort compared to previous-generation aircraft. The type allows Korean Air to efficiently operate both regional and medium-to-long-haul routes throughout Asia.

HL8712 is an Airbus A321-272NX (A321LR) built under manufacturer serial number (MSN) 12849. The aircraft was delivered to Korean Air in November 2025 and entered service shortly after. Powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1130G engines, the aircraft is configured in a modern two-class cabin layout and operates primarily from Seoul Incheon International Airport on regional and medium-haul routes across Asia.

This repaint recreates HL8712 in Korean Air’s new colours livery for the iniBuilds A321LR in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, featuring accurate registration markings, decals, typography, and colours to closely match the real aircraft.
