    ContactMe Plugin is designed to be installed onto your Windows PC and provides an interface between V-Pilot and ContactMe App.
    Currently only available in the Apple App Store.
    I am working with Google on my Android Development account.

    Please unzip this and run the "Install.cmd". This does the following:

    • Places the ContactMePlugin.dll into the proper location for V-Pilot interface (should be %LOCALAPPDATA%\vPilot\Plugins).
    • Asks you for your CID, then creates the proper .txt file for Remote Mode.
    • Adds a Firewall rule for ContactMe Web-Socket on port 7778.
    • Adds an HTTP reservation for port 7778.
    • Shows your IP Address (for inputting into the App)

    It works perfectly for me! All notifications come through on my phone. A great app for making sure you don't miss any notifications. Glad I found this one.

    I'm keeping track of the exact instructions as described. Unfortunately, the Contact Me app on my phone always says "V-Pilot disconnected". The text file is created as well. Where is the Problem?

    Please ensure you download the newest Plugin version (1.1.6) and then it should automatically prompt for a new update (1.2.0). If you continue to encounter issues, open a ticket on the Discord.

    Google determined the app needed more testing. I have two more days before I can apply for production the second time. Its frustrating. :)

    Whenever I run install.cmd this pops up:

    And it doesn't install the plugin whatsoever.

    I have re-written the install. You shouldn't encounter issues. Please download the newest Plugin (1.1.6) and run the Install.cmd. Then upon re-launching V-Pilot, it should prompt for the most current update (1.2.0).

    Great little app and very useful for when doing long hauls and housework at the same time! :)

    Only little gripe is that I may be having the same issue as Bar182 - I believe I am getting the notifications for ATC messages (contact me's) without any issues when phone is locked and in my pocket, but not getting any other notifications such as SELCAL alerts or Controller Online alerts unless my phone is unlocked and app is open.

    Just did my first flight with it.
    It is working great the only issue I found is that my phone must be unlocked on the app to get notifications it seems.
    When I unlocked, I suddenly got all the stations online notifications at once.
    App was always open, just phone locked.

    Windows thought it was. I had to disable smart app control for it to install and work.

    We will be moving to a GitHub managed release. All future iterations of plugin updates will be automatically staged and users will be prompted to update. Install this update, and upon re-launching V-Pilot, users will be prompted to update to version 1.2.0 (stable and current release).
