    INSTALLATION

    Launch PMDG OC3 -> click the PMDG 738 2024 Version -> IMPORT -> Select the livery ZIP file inside the RAR file you've downloaded. (USE WINRAR!!!)


    THIS LIVERY FEATURES A COMMON FOLDER BASE, MAKE SURE TO INSTALL THIS ONE AS WELL FOR A FULLY FUNCTIONING LIVERY!!!

    KNOWN MISCELLANEOUS ISSUES

    • There has been taken a creative compromise to exterior stencils. Due to PMDG's Decal UV being difficult to deal with (placements, sizes, fonts etc..) I have decided to rather paint stencils directly onto the textures. This will make these stencils most likely blurry in a lot of cases and not readable. This compromise has been underdone mainly because I personally want more accurately placed/sized stencils, rather than some being placed way off - but readable.

     

    • A "lite cabin" has been included. This simply includes a few cabin textures (albeit not perfect), its limited what that can be done with the PMDG's cabin textures.

    Absolute 100% Accurate liveries. Best Jet2 Liveries out there for the PMDG 737-800. Highly recommended! Can we see more of the fleet please :)

    Hi mate, absolutely love the liveries. The only problem that I’m having is regarding the engine cowlings. I’m using the MSFS 2024 version, and the chrome engine cowlings seem to be missing their texture. It’s a rather dull/default-looking grey rather than the polished chrome version.

    I can see in your screenshots that you have the polished chrome version. Am I missing something?

    Hey Mate, it might just be me but somehow there are no files inside the folder. I download the .zip and only get 3 folders : "model.airframe", "texture" and "thumbnail". Additionally, there is livery.cfg, livery.json and options. I therefore cannot install it via the OC3 and also copy pasting into community folder doesnt work. Did you change anything? I know your liveries from Fenix and other aircrafts, which have always worked fine. Might just be me, or did you modify anything lately and didnt update the description here on flightsim to?

    Any chance the config file name be updated? At the moment they're called 'JET2.COM G-JZDE' and should just be the reg..

    just droping livery file and COMMON FOLDER in community folder

    No you need to use OC3, for both the livery file and common folder file. "THIS LIVERY FEATURES A COMMON FOLDER BASE, MAKE SURE TO INSTALL THIS ONE AS WELL FOR A FULLY FUNCTIONING LIVERY!!!".

    Hi, great liveries but with each, I'm getting a band of the dreaded chequered pink textures around the rear fuselage (rest of the livery is fine) Also seeing this with the recent Norwegian packs. Am I missing something since no one else is reporting this? Thanks.

    Did you use WinRAR to open and extract the files? Did you install the common folder?
